Power to Learn participates in the Universal Service Fund Education-Rate (E-rate) program. We have put together some links that will assist you in quickly finding forms and information on the erate process.
Process Flowchart
If you are new to the erate program, this process flowchart from the Universal Service Administration Company (USAC) will help you map out the steps required to complete the erate application from the technology plan to posting the 470 for 28 days, filling out the 471 as well as the 472 (BEAR). Erate Time Table
Erate funding years run from July 1 through June 30. USAC has provided a timetable for the paperwork required during the application process.
