Commack, LI, June 9, 2010 - Students in Ms. Ohlinger's class at Burr Intermediate School were awarded with a visit from the Knicks Groove Truck. After completing the Knicks Read to Achieve Program with Power to Learn, Ms. Ohlinger's class was awarded with a certificate ceremony attended by Huntington Councilwoman Susan Berland. Representatives from Cablevision's Government Affairs department and Power to Learn were on hand to award the students on their job well done, and as a special treat, the Knicks Groove Truck and Street Team were also present to help engage the kids in some fun basketball themed games following group photos.
